Join us for a live streamed session from the Socialism 2026 conference, in Chicago. ——————————————————————— With Brian Jones Join author and educator Brian Jones for an urgent discussion of the power of Black history to challenge our assumptions about race and nation, as well as the meaning of Black history in the context of attacks on education today. ——————————————————————— Making sure that conference sessions are accessible to folks who aren’t able to join us in person is very important to us—but it also comes with a hefty price tag. While the entire live-streamed program will be available for free on Haymarket’s YouTube channel after the conference, please RSVP for our Socialism 2026 virtual program to access it live and make a donation to help us cover the associated costs! Please tune in and spread the word on social media. Live captioning will be provided for all live-streamed events.
In 2026, we’re celebrating 25 years of publishing “Books for Changing the World.” In those 25 years, we’ve helped build critical space and infrastructure for radical ideas and movements on the left to grow. That work of institution-building and popular political education has never been more necessary or more urgent. We need your help to continue to do this work.
